Broken Feather Foundation

Our choice of name stems from the idea that we want to become a foundation that takes a physical interest in Native birds that are suffering. Once we had started down the road with birds, we slowly started to become involved in other species, which now includes Geckos.

All too quickly, species are becoming extinct. This means that future generations of our children will only be able to see the splendour of the birds in books and photographs.

We are based in Kaiapoi, Canterbury.
